Panel Debate: What next under landlord regulation?

The Renters Rights Bill has existed in its infancy under a number of names to date.

This is a significant consideration for landlords moving forward and will add yet another layer of complexity to the regulations applicable. 

Section 21 ‘no-fault’ evictions for new and existing tenancies, extending Awaab’s Law into the private rented sector and end blanket bans for those on benefits or with children are the headlines – but will the plans go further and is this a change for good from a landlord’s business perspective.
